Adversarial relationships are counter productive and outmoded. We need to drive out fear and create an environment, which encourages people to speak freely. We need to break down barriers between management and non management, union and non-union, internal and external customers. This is accomplished by instituting a vigorous program of education and self-improvement for everyone! Everyone works to accomplish the transformation. To be the most successful company in your industry, its everyones job! Program Topics Mastering Persuasive Interpersonal communication skills for profit. Success in any personal endeavor; whether its managing, selling, servicing, or communicating requires superior relationship skills. The ability to create rapport with anyone is a fundamental life skill that anyone can learn. You will learn a system that teaches your colleagues to understand what motivates them. It is simple, easy-to-learn and fun. They will learn how to treat people the way they want to be treated. Solidcommunication skills will help your contributors to improve productivity, offer superior service, have less stress, and have more cooperation between management and non management, union and non-union, internal and external customers. Each student utilizes the human relation skills immediately with their colleagues and customers and then report back to the group. The immediate feedback that they work will encourage the team to follow through. Work becomes more fun, and profits increase. Morale begins to soar! Employee efficiency begins to increase. Feelings of accomplishment and fulfillment will be realized at the end of each session. People will feel empowered at each session to think on their feet. We will begin to see higher achievement levels beyond the expectation level of the individual. The essential support and positive reinforcement from the team members will be more apparent in these Performance Improvement Sessions. You will learn how to change people without giving offense or arousing resentment. I am providing structure, support, purpose and direction during transitional times from being where you are to where you want to go!

Top Gun School / Boot Camp

Teambuilding Workshop - Dealing with organizational development, problem solving, risk taking and working together as a unit or team. This program is presented either within your facility (low risk team building activities) or high-risk activities at Project Adventure in Hamilton, MA.

Much of what we do is based on the theory of experiential learning. That is, we learn best by doing. We will design a program to meet your needs: from cooperative warm ups, non-traditional group games, trust activities, initiative problems, low and high challenge rope course events.

Many of these will not be accomplished unless the group is working cooperatively.
It will be self-evident that you can personally achieve higher levels of performance when the team functions as a cooperative unite. Fears are identified and overcome. We will exceed the expectation levels the participants have of themselves. The day is informative, fun and exciting.
