Richard Tosti began his professional career in 1970 as a teacher. "In teaching junior high kids, I learned the importance of getting an audience's attention and holding it," Richard says. He entered the business world as a salesman for an innovative retail directory company and quickly became the top selling individual in a large national enterprise. He began to crystallize his motivational and sales-building approaches as Vice President of Sales for this organization, managing a sales force of more than 2500. It was in this position that I began to put in place the fundamental ideas that form the basis of my performance coaching business today, Richard says.

This program is presented either within your facility (low risk team building activities) or high-risk activities at Project Adventure in Hamilton, MA.
Much of what we do is based on the theory of experiential learning. That is, we learn best by doing. We will design a program to meet your needs: from cooperative warm ups, non-traditional group games, trust activities, initiative problems, low and high challenge rope course events.
Many of these will not be accomplished unless the group is working cooperatively.
It will be self-evident that you can personally achieve higher levels of performance when the team functions as a cooperative unite. Fears are identified and overcome. We will exceed the expectation levels the participants have of themselves. The day is informative, fun and exciting.
Minimum 20 participants.
Most importantly your objectives will be written to crystallize your thinking process to release the dynamic energy of your organization and people. These written goals will be the driving force behind all-synergistic activity and achievement. Kennebec River, Maine:
In the primitive Wilderness of Northern Maine, the Kennebec Flows through a narrow gorge hundreds of feet deep. Wild and violent, the Kennebec thrashes through narrow canyons and over rock ledges, creating some of the biggest and most continuous whitewater in the east. 12-mile trip is a one-day experience.
The Kennebec River trip ends across the street from the Crab Apple Acres Inn. NO LONG SHUTTLE RIDES! SHEER ADVENTURE AND EXCITEMENT. Jump into a hot tub, shower, and change into dry clothes and enjoy your hearty steak, chicken, or fish cookout.
Second Choice, Western Massachusetts:
In the Berkshire Mountains along the historic Mohawk Trail and the Deerfield River. (Charlemont, MA - Rt. 2)
The first half of the 10-mile trip is easy rapids. About half way through the trip, your raft approaches Zoar Gap, the biggest rapids. Then you approach Roger Rapids, and Crocodile Chute.
A hearty picnic lunch - Family members are welcome: Minimum age 8 and minimum weight 50 lbs. Again the successful completion in a specific time period is dependent on teamwork.
